Nice find! The artist made the alphabet up, right? He/She didn't reverse engineer it from the show?

I'm not sure of that - but from what I've seen of the graphics on the show, it's all decorative and not actually intended to be an alphabet.

I dispute the punctuation though - In Lorenzo's document examples, he uses a small perpendicular through the circle as an apostrophe (rather than the two lines below he also shows) - and he's also used a semicircle for a comma.

Yes Sherman did invent the system. The production crew had never made the written language to begin with ( much like Klingon) so this Whovian took it upon himself to create a system that makes sense for us Earthlings to understand. I think it is brilliant, beautiful and simple enough to understand. I ( as well as many Whovians) use this form. From what I've seen it has become the standard. There are however others who have come up with their own. Anyone interested in those?

Kewl. I'm also keeping a pinterest board for interesting versions of Gallifreyan (although it's mostly circular so far) here- pinterest.com/curufea/gallifreyan/It is my intention to design a CG character sheet at some stage. Most likely to fit an A4 sheet for various design reasons (mostly the nicely mathematical ratios)

Looks good. I don't know if using Circular Gallifreyan for the numbers is the best option, because it isn't immediately obvious.

No it isn't - but I don't think this sheet is for newcomers to the game, but those that are already familiar with the game and character sheets, but want a different look.
