Interesting that it includes an appendix covering the Redacted poscast series. I think it's the first time the sourcebooks have strayed outside the TV series, even for BBC-produced material.

The companion write-up are weird and appear to have been based on shoe-horning them into the 'standard ' 18 points of attributes rather than describing the actual character. Likewise for skills.
Also Coordination of 1 for Ryan and Jericho? No. The rulebook states that that indicates "very poor control over their bodily movement". Likewise Yasmin with Awareness 2 and Bel with Resolve 2.
Bel's equipment list omits her pistols.

I also find it interesting that they mention the Lumiat in the Master's write-up. Is this the first time a Big Finish exclusive character has been mentioned?

Also Coordination of 1 for Ryan
Ryan has Developmental co-ordination disorder (dyspraxia) that affects his movement and coordination.

True, though he's never displayed the level of clumsiness associated with a Coordination of 1/

True, though he's never displayed the level of clumsiness associated with a Coordination of 1 Coordination 1 doesn't have to manifest as constant pratfalls. "It could mean that they're impeded in some way, meaning they're not the most dextrous of people, or it could mean that they're incredibly clumsy, falling over themselves at inopportune moments." The latter description is constant pratfalls. Ryan's dyspraxia is exactly the sort of thing suggested by the former description: "impeded in some way." The way Ryan is impeded is when performing gross motor skills. Coordination 1 describes that perfectly. He's learned to walk and even run without showing signs of his dyspraxia, but get him climbing or balancing and it'll become a problem.

But I don't believe there has ever been a human character with Coordination 1 before. Even Dortmun and Jo Grant were 2.
Also why has Jack Harkness's Ingenuity dropped?

But I don't believe there has ever been a human character with Coordination 1 before. Even Dortmun and Jo Grant were 2. There's never been a human character with dyspraxia before. Jo Grant was mildly clumsy, but a lot of that was due to messing around with things she didn't understand or wasn't practiced in rather than simply a lack of coordination. She was, to give an example, an expert in escapology. As for Dortmun — had to look up the obscure reference — he's got "Impaired (Major Bad): Dortmun cannot walk and is confined to a wheelchair," which takes care of it. No need to further penalize his overall motor skills. He could, for instance, fire a gun without interference from his disability Ryan is different in that he has full use of his body, it just doesn't do what he wants it to do. Likewise, Davros in Aliens and Creatures has Coordination 2 and Depenency (Major), in which he must remain connected to his chair. In fact, I would argue that Coordination 1 would be more suitable to Davros as he is usually depicted: he can barely operate the buttons and switches on his chair with his one shaky hand. (Sometimes Davros is shown in a less decrepit state, which is what they were certainly modeling in Aliens and Creatures.) Doctor Who character stats are always paint a more generalized picture of a character than the character itself. They always leave room for interpretation. This is an example of that.

As far as Jo Grant's clumsiness goes, some of that was due to the fact that the actress who played her was nearsighted (or shortsighted) and she couldn't wear her glasses while filming.

Phillip Sandifer's Tardis Eruditorum Volume 3 is worth a read. He gleans all kinds of meaning from quotes like that, which is quite entertaining.

A friend of mine had a t-short with the quote.
