[Original Character] The Investigator

A Time Lord I've created in homage to Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot.

He originates from the Chapter House of Patrex and always carries a quick wit, keen senses and a somewhat quirky charm with him. Travelling time and space with his trusted TARDIS and a strong sense for justice, he seeks not only to not only solve crimes but also the many mysteries of humanity, leading to his favourism of earth and its people.

I was going to suggest the stick be a gadget of some kind, but you've somehow already gotten him down to 4 story points; you probably don't want to sacrifice any more for a gadget.

Yeah, I figured Resourceful Pockets could do the trick instead of lowering the story points even further. A Time Lord with many Story Points isn't really possible without sacrificing those sweet character points... no wonder the Doctor's always doing these epic speeches!
