Christine Hunter is a brown-haired, blue-eyed United Airlines flight attendant from 1968. When she joined the TARDIS crew, she was wearing a navy, short-sleeve dress with an off-white stripe running around the neck and down the front, a white kepi-shaped hat with wings on it, off-white pantyhose, a fashionable navy pump that featured a modified square toe and 1-1/4” heel, and wrist-length white gloves.
GEAR: Christine has in her navy suitcase and handbag the normal stuff a flight attendant has while traveling. The only things that might be of interest are a flashlight and her watch.

Strictly speaking, one cannot take an area of expertise for a skill that is under level 3.

Thanks for the information. Christine's sheet has been updated. It's a rule I ignore if it doesn't suit the character concept. Even some C7 characters have broken it, e.g. Harry Sullivan.

I had considered the following for Christine: "She is a flight attendant for a regional airline that uses Douglas DC-3 Dakotas. Her uniform consists of a navy skirt suit, light-blue short-sleeve blouse, dark pantyhose, navy heels, a peeked cap, and wrist-length (or bracelet-length) white gloves. Since the plane has only seats for 32-passengers, there is only one flight attendant per plane. Airline regulations permit them to stay gloved when they’re not serving meals." If used, this would make her tech level 5.

The aircraft could've been refitted to modern specs, or her airline could have its cabin crew in vintage uniforms for some anniversary. As I recall, for its 4oth anniversary,United flight attendants wore uniforms from different eras. On one picture, one in the 1968-1970 uniform had white gloves on while serving a drink to a man.

I redid Christine slightly. Here's the new sheet.
AWARENESS: 2, COORDINATION: 3, INGENUITY: 2, PRESENCE: 4, RESOLVE: 4, STRENGTH: 2
SKILLS Athletics: 3, Convince: 3, Craft: 1, Fighting: 1, Knowledge: 2, Marksmanship: 0, Medicine: 3, Science: 2, Subterfuge: 2, Survival: 2, Technology: 2, Transport: 2
GOOD TRAITS: Attractive: +2 bonus to any rolls that involve looks, Brave: +2 bonus to any Resolve roll when she needs to show courage, Lucky: Re-roll any ‘double 1s’, Run for your Life!: +1 bonus to Speed when escaping pursuit.
BAD TRAITS: Code of Conduct: Everyone else comes first, Eccentric: Christine always wears gloves in public (she gets rashes on her hands from nickel alloys), Phobia: -2 to approach or stay calm around spiders and bugs, weakness: allergic to nickel alloys.
Personality: Christine is a nice, polite lady who likes to travel.
Tech level: 4 (1961)
Story points: 12
Background: Christine was born in 1938. She’s a former Girl Scout and has a nursing degree from a two-year hospital school. She switched careers because of an allergy to nickel alloys that practically requires her to wear gloves.
Appearance: Christine has shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. Her stewardess uniform consists of a navy skirt suit, light-blue short-sleeve blouse, dark pantyhose, navy heels, a peeked cap, and wrist-length (or bracelet-length) white gloves. (Airline regulations permit them to stay gloved when they’re not serving meals.)
Gear: Aside from her clothes and travel needs, Christine has a flashlight and a small first aid kit.
