A fairly trivial question, but following the re-branding of Doctor Who Adventures in Time and Space as The Doctor Who Roleplaying Game, I'm curious as to what you're are likely to call the game going forward.

Had been going with "The Doctor Who RPG" long before anyway.

Hm, are the boards going to get a new title? Still "Adventures in Time and Space".

Hm, are the boards going to get a new title? I've no idea - I was just curious as to how the existing players are dealing with the name change.

I have been calling it DR Who RPG since I bought the special edition rulebook. DWAITAS was always a bit of a mouthful for me.

No!!!!! Change is bad.
Change is inevitable. To resist change is to walk against the wind in a storm. Everything changes. That is the nature of time and the universe.

My group & I have always just called it "Doctor Who," not sure most of them even know it was ever called "Adventures in Time and Space," lol

I might've asked this elsewhere, but if I did, don't recall if I got an answer: Why was the longer title used in the first place? The only thing that makes sense to me is that somehow, FASA's rights to the title "The Doctor Who RPG" hadn't expired until recently.

Probably because of the way Cubicle7 was marketing games at that time. They did something similar with The One Ring: Adventures Over the Edge of the Wild, which was originally going to have two companion sets. Doctor Who had Adventures in Time and Space, then there was Doctor Who: Aliens and Creatures.

I can see that. So, did someone realize "We can probably save 5% of the budget if we don't have to type out 'Doctor Who Adventures In Time And Space' every time?"
