he would make an interesting foe for the players to face.
the happiness patrol was always one of my favorite episodes
of the old show

Yes, I'm thankful to Siskoid for this because I'm with you, Zebaroth. I love "The Happiness Patrol," I love the Kandyman, and I'm looking forward to using him as a recurring villain in an upcoming campaign.
