I've just downloaded the adventure and had a quick skim through; will read it properly later. But I like the idea of using the Ravens during the Black Death, with the coincidence (?) of the plague doctors' appearance.
I think it would have been a good idea for The Ravens of Despair to have included a complete adventure like this one, rather than adventure seeds. So thanks very much for this!

As the creator of the Ravens, I'm so flattered and can't wait to read it! Thank you!

Oh it's great! I'm just not sure how the Nevermore clue is supposed to be interpreted, at the end?

The Nevermore clue is supposed to help the players realize that they don't need to "cover up" the emotion of sadness, They need to get rid of it, even for a moment. Make the grief nevermore.
The unique astrological formation (shown on Earth) should give hope to the people of Earth that they will make it through the plague. And hope beats sorrow any day. And after a couple of years of near hopelessness, Earth could use some.
