Personality: Leaps before he looks, always willing to charge forward despite impossible odds, and a bit of a jack of all trades (though master of none). He can usually talk his way out of any trouble he finds himself in, which is probably why he never learns his lesson!

very cool though I'd give him a drawback possibly about knightly conduct? or merciless attitude depending on you definition of cavalier

Also, I think that an Ingenuity of 5 is quite low- Bottom of the Class might be a good idea if you have the Time Traveller's Companion. You might also want to think about why they left Gallifrey and how they get around without a TARDIS. But it looks really solid! Good job!
