So I'm set to begin to revival of my Doctor Who campaign a week for now. For characters I have a Ancient Time Lord history-obsessed Time Lord, a Time Lord-obsessed 51st century Time Agent, a French Knight, and something (fourth player hasn't discussed concepts with me).
To explain how the Time Lord escaped the Time War, I'm having the first adventure be his TARDIS stuck in the event horizon of a Black Hole. This usually wouldn't be a problem, except an entity living in the singularity took an interest in him, and is holding his TARDIS still. The space-time strain of the TARDIS trying to free itself from the gravitational forces will cause Time Eddies to erupt all over the ship, spitting out the other players. From there it will be a race against time; battling threats from the past, present, and future (depending on perspective) until they figure out how to free the TARDIS.
From there, I presume they will attempt to travel a bit. My goal is to set up one of the Great Old Ones (Nyarlathotep) as the entity from the singularity, and make him the 'season' big bad. They've expressed interest in Vikings, the home time period of the Silurians (who worshiped the Old Ones to some extent), Gallifrey itself (trickey), the Revolutionary War, and Cyberpunk.
I also have an adventure in mind involving a magician and an intellivore. Regardless though, if anyone here has suggestions, or can point me to interesting stories or adventures people have played involving similar themes, I'd love to see and/or hear them.

I love the sound of your game!
No particular suggestions. I suppose you might want to track down the FASA Dr Who Module "City of Gold" which is an adventure with time paradoxes, Silurians, and Spanish Explorer looking for a City made of Gold.

Thanks, I sort of pride myself on writing my Doctor Who campaigns like a TV show would be written. I have a background in Television and Cinema that I'm not currently putting to use in many other ways besides school.
