One of my players came up with a hilarious bit of nice dialogue at our last session which I thought was good enough to share.
He was playing the current Doctor and was making a gadget to reinforce a safe room with a forcefield on a failing space station.
He chose to roleplay instead of just making the gadget roll, and it went something like this:
Doctor: can you pass me the Bimulator?
Amy: which one is that?
Doctor: the long silver spanner thing with the red glowing ball on the end
Amy: and what does a Bimulator do?
Doctor: well, to explain that I'd have to explain 7th dimensional fractal energy matrice theory to you and then mulitronic bimulation theory and frankly speaking we don't have time
Amy: so what does a Bimulator do?
Doctor: (stops what he's doing and looks at Amy) it BIMULATES.

Really nice dialogue, could have come from the show. My compliments to your players.

The kind of thing I always hope for from my players.

When my new group was in character creation, I showed them this post as the kind of dialogue I'd be rewarding with story points.
