here is mine
a government think tank has rebuilt the W.O.T.A.N super computer.
and is using the war machines for extra Security. every thing is going fine until
picks up an energy reading that the 1st W.O.T.A.N picked up. and realizes that it is a tardis two them, for the 1st an 4th doctor have come to see the Olympics
the two doctors keep W.O.T.A.N from taking revenge

That's a nice idea. For us colonists (Americans!), tying W.O.T.A.N. II in with the American Skynet project could open up some interesting scenario ideas. Especially if Skynet actually creates Cybermen in the future and not Terminators. Hmmm.....
