This has caught my eye: From the link in the first post. The Australians censored bits from Doctor Who? Why would they do that? Please note: I know nothing about Australian television and even less about its history. There were certain scenes that the Australian censors found too disturbing. In this episode, I think there were a few shots around the operation to turn Polly into a Fish Person - something to do with the syringe if I remember correctly, nothing graphic or gory. I think these shots (only a second or two each in most cases) were all included on the Lost in Time DVD boxset.
