Let's stat up some of the things used in Classic Who so we have them to use until they release official stats for them.
I'd like to see stats for the tissue compression eliminator and Nitro 9.
What would everyone else like to see?
Unfortunately I can't stat things up in the system yet because I don't have a book. Maybe once they release the PDF . . .

Hard to say, I'm generally a narrative GM and rarely stat anything up (which is ironic as I spend a lot of time on the Hero System boards). That being said, I wouldn't mind stats of the various versions of the Cybermen - I'd like to see the differences.

Hullo, Redwulf,
Excellent idea, mate! One of the things I would love to see statted up are the Cybermats from classic who, and I hope to see some of the Ice Warrior stuff (although I'm working on that for my own game).

When these start getting statted up, they should be put into the 'write-ups' section of the forums.
I'm going to be doing a couple things like 'The Time-Space Visualizer' and the "Miniscope'.

Was the Miniscope the device that was the central plot gadget from "Carnival of Monsters" in the Pertwee period? If so, I'd very much like to see the stats on that one!

And I'll be glad to stat it up once I get the game... I'm in the States and all the pre-orders are still pretty messed up.

Look forward to seeing the Miniscope statted up when you get the game. On the subject of pre-orders and shipping, I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on. The gaming store in Ottawa received their copies of the game, and the Comic Book Shoppe that I bought it at had eight (!!) copies and I bought the fourth copy he had. Had hoped the GM Screen would ship with it, but such was not to be.

I've just posted my first attempt at the Tissue Compression Eliminator in the write-ups section (I had to create a new Gadget Trait to go with it!), let me know what you think. Cheers!

Now that I have my books it looks like some things (like nitro 9 and other weapons) may be difficult to stat without creating brand new traits.

I'm not sure, you just need to boil it down to how it is actually used in episodes - rather than relying on how it is described to work.

The simplest way of doing this would be to use the Old FASA rules, as their stat ranges are 1-7 to (generally, though both could go higher - Yetis for example are STR 8 in the FASA Rules Set) - making the math a little easier.

now that they're implying bringing back the timelords, I hope we see more of them, if not, we'll just have to stat some up
