As it's a given that we are getting a UNIT source book, a time traveler's guide, and a book for every former Doctor (as well as an updated core release for 11), what other supplements would you like to see?
For me - a book of gadgets is top on my list. We have a good alien book - we are missing all sorts of creatures from other eras, and also A&C was a bit lacking in roboforms and cyborgs, but those should be well represented in the Doctor specific boxed sets. Furthermore, the game doesn't need an expansive list of robot traits like it does alien traits. Robots and cyborgs use gadget traits. Give us more gadget traits, and the robots will follow.
Beyond that, I would like to see a source book devoted to Galifrey and the Timelords. We're still missing official stats for The Master. (EDIT - I gather this material is expected in the time travelers guide) A set consisting entirely of premade adventures and seeds would also be welcome, but less of a priority to me.
So, what do the rest of you want?

I remember reading in A&C that cyborgs and robots would be covered in a future supplement specializing on the subject (which will be very nice).
When thinking about supplements, the first thing that popped to my mind was a Companion Compendium, featuring the stats and histories of every televised Doctor Who companion. Then I realized this could just as well be done in the supplements for each Doctor, dividing the companions accordingly.
A supplement I would like to see would be one that would deal with space travel. Ships, important events, places, planets, galaxies, and other things of the like. And also possibly dealing with crossing the boundaries of the universe.
Just my thoughts...

Since DWAITAS releases have to be boxed, I guess standalone adventures are out of the question.
But a box set containing a complete ready-to-run thirteen-episode series of adventures might not be...?

A box set covering accessories, gadgets and effects; sort of like GURPS Low, High and Ultra Tech.
Torchwood; from the late 1800s to the present era of Jack and Gwen.
A steampunk box set would be nice!

A campaign set including a full series of adventures (plus maybe a Christmas special and a Comic Relief/Children in Need type episode).

Well I'd like to see all of those announced books first! Especially the classic Doctor books.
Also maybe a Torchwood sourcebook. While probably not under the current license there are also all the spin-offs that could be covered such as Auton and Shakedown. Or an adventures book based on stories from Big Finish.
A TARDIS/Starship manual. While not a detailed floorplan of the TARDIS but optional rooms and layout that can be used. And floorplans of spaceships or space stations.

Also maybe a Torchwood sourcebook. Unfortunately, C7 have said over on their own forum that neither Torchwood nor The Sarah Jane Adventures are covered by their current licence. So we're unlikely to see either of those in the foreseeable future.

I would love to see a supplement for different Era's of history. A general overview of earth's history from ancient times to the far future, and of other planets and galaxies. What clothes do they wear? What food do they eat? An overview and examples of technology. I want to be as Doctor Who Universe accurate as possible so that when I send my players there it seems all the more real. Or as real as you can get.

The Time Traveller's Almanac is probably as close as we're likely to get on this. I'm told BBC wants to leave certain eras vague, notably the 51-52nd Centuries. Also, earth future history in DW is notoriously..messy.

It doesn't give you details of the technology of each era, but you can probably judge that from where the stories are set. Highly recommended.

I know we'll never see it as a sourcebook but I would like to see the 51st century explored more as well. It seems like a profoundly crazy era to game in, more so if you take material from the novels.

I'm mostly interested in sourcebooks full of information that I can't simply find using a quick Wiki search. From there, I'm open to anything.

When Craig is done with his "Series-ful of plots" series, I have half a mind to print and bind it as a supplement for myself. This: thedoorintime.blogspot.com

I think an Earth Future History sourcebook would be good.
It could include details on all the future Earth Empires & Federations that we have seen over the years. The time around Frontier in Space or the Dalek Master Plan I find particularly intriguing.

All of the above but particularly Classic Era Doctors and Gallifrey Sourcebook. Specific books/sets for Major enemies-Daleks Cybermen. The Master book that Fasa gave us was great but I would prefer to see a set of Meddlers in Time to include Meddling Monk,War Chief,Rani. The Dalek set would include alternative Dalek histories-TV21 as well as Hartnell and Genesis versions and the Cybermen set would explore the David Banks Mondasian.FAction and Neo Morph versions of the Cybermen wogether with Pete's World.
Not much for Cubicle 7 to do then...

I'd also like a source book for characters from comics and audios - Frobisher, Beep the Meep, Charlie Polard, etc.

I'd love to see a Creative Commons Attribution license agreement signed by folk that appear in misterharry's compilation of board resources. I'd love to see a disclaimer from Cubicle 7 that they aren't responsible for fan derived work
Then - I'd like to see that combined into a published book by Cubicle 7, that all proceeds of the sale of which go ONLY to Cubicle 7. All us fan's would want is attribution after all. All the resources need is a single editor. I'm happy to sign any of my IP away for this game for a chance to get it published.

Curufea, I'm 100% in agreement with that! Two of my adventures are in there, and I'd be thrilled to hand over the rights to C7 in return for attribution.

I'd also love to see a Torchwood supplement and a Gallifrey/TimeLord book.
A really big "Key To Time" type of adventures book would be pretty sweet too.
