Well, I know there's been a lot of postings of character sheets along the vein of these, but, for my first post, I wanted to share these - variants of the fillable version of the official character sheet, based on the opening sequences from classic seasons, as well as the latest series.

Top Row:
Sheet #1 - "Black" - Based on the credits of episodes 1963-1969, especially those from around the time of the First Doctor/Second Doctor transition. Ideal for any adventure from back in the monochrome age.
Sheet #3 - "Keys" - From the credits of episodes 1970-1974, during the life of the Third Doctor and his time with UNIT. Also inspired by the appearance of DVD copies of classic episodes, making it a good "generic" sheet for old adventures.
Sheet #4 - "Scarf" - Combines the iconic symbols of the Fourth Doctor, the diamond logo, and the rainbow scarf, evocative of credit sequences from 1974 to 1979. Reflects the rather long age of Tom Baker's adventures.
Sheet #5 - "Starburst" - Based on the revamped credits sequence used between 1980 and 1986, and contains elements from the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Doctor variations of the sequence.
Bottom Row:
Sheet #7 - "Spiral" - Features the brightly coloured computer-generated graphics associated with the Seventh Doctor's tenure on the show, used on Doctor Who items and merchandise from 1987 up to the movie's release in 1996.
Sheet #8 - "Pocketwatch" - Modelled after the covers original Big Finish Audio Eighth Doctor Adventures, released in 2001, combining the style introduced in the movie with an Edwardian sepia tone.
Sheet #11 - "Fishcustard" - The popular new blue style for the Doctor Who series, as it appeared in the Adventure Games series for PC in 2010.

Alternatively, if you aren't able to work with RAR files, or you only want one or two of the sheet designs, here's links to download each individually:

As stated before, all of these sheets are fillable and should work for your adventures with little difficulty; if you have any issues or requests, such as styles that I missed or if you need printer-friendly versions, make sure to let me know and I'll see what I can do.
