Interesting, if a little rambling in delivery. A few comments: 1. A good take on witchcraft and the modern perception of such. Also on race issues and the whole religion/society basis. However little mention of heresy which would be a more significant matter. 2. Rather vague on currency; countries usually had a lot of foreign coins in circulation. Expect such coins to be tested and measured by a merchant. Also coins were moderately uncommon and barter was extensively used. 3.Also vague on disease. Malaria was pretty common in Northern Europe, including the British Isles ('The Ague' was rampant in areas like the Fens, which includes places like Cambridge and Ely, well into the ECW period). 4. No mention of Canon Law, which is a significant omission. 5. Almost no mention of weapons and self-defense. 6. He's dead right on the matter of gut health. Very different biome, you will get sick, so study up on oral rehydration and bring the basics like loperamide, ciprofloxacin and paracetamol. I'm not going to suggest a full gearlist, but one final recommendation is toilet paper. Lots of it.... 7. He's quite right on the locals and 'modern' technology and ideas. 8. Clothing is tricky.
His reading suggestions are good; Mortimer is particularly good. His Restoration and Elizabethan guides are also worth reading for those areas.

Medieval Sweden was...interesting...in how the nobility and commoners interacted. Sweden (unlike many other european nations) never had true serfdom. The unifier of Sweden, Birger Jarl, also had a...different...way of doing that (ie, his 3-year-old son was chosen as king & daddy decided to exterminate anyone who opposed...and succeeded). Thus he's regarded as one of the founder of the nation (besides Gustav Vasa 270+ years later).
Friendly greetings, Lupercal.
