Well damn, I had no idea Siskoid had covered TTT. I like his ideas for a Time Tunnel campaign.It.s true, I did Time Tunnel, Voyagers!, Quantum Leap, and Sapphire & Steel. I see a bit more rummaging through your bog will be needed. Do you have the blank TTT character sheet as a PDF by any chance? And might I use it?
Unfortunately, I was just writing blog posts and never made these as anything other than quick jpgs.

One episode, "Pirates of Deadman's Island", had Victory Jory as a pirate who is accidentally brought into the present and kidnaps Ann. Just imagine what happens if she's forced to return to his time with him, then starts traveling with Tony and Doug, unable to return home. Following along with this, the threesome end up near a TARDIS,perhaps the same one involved in figuring out the mystery of the monoliths. The Time Tunnel might. or might not, still be active in this era. If it is, General Kirk and Dr. Swain might be retired by now.

Yes, the Time Tunnel might be an interesting complication. If the Monoliths are some sort of temporal cleaners (or just attracted to locations of time travel) they may start manifesting where the tunnel does.
One of the episodes has Doug and Tony kidnapped by time travellers from millennia in the future, who also grab Anne and sabotage the Tunnel. She gets back, but they don't.

The episode is "The Kidnappers". I have it on my laptop and plan to watch it.

I like to imagine the Time Agency when training their agents or academics who specialise in the study of Time have used Doug and Tony as a textbook example of what happens when people meddle with time. There’s probably even been a few missions undertaken by some of the Time Agency’s finest agents to rescue the pair from their fate of being trapped in the Time Vortex but they have all been unsuccessful. After all, in the grand scheme of things being saturated with energy from the Time Vortex has basically turned them into living Vortex Manipulators and everyone knows how difficult they are to handle. That and by removing the pair from the Time Vortex could in the long run do more harm than good to the history of the universe.

Going by this, the monoliths could pick up anyone on Earth from where Doug and Tony have been. Just imagine, a female Knight of the Round Table or a kid who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Going by this, Ann MacGregor, an electrobiologist, probably picked up some time vortex energy when she was kidnapped, but not enough to become a living vortex manipulator. However, she might've picked up enough to get pulled in by a monolith.

It's possible that Tony and Doug are making sure history happens the way it should. Perhaps. I was more thinking along the lines of although they’re helping history along onto the right path their attempt at time travel means they’re basically trapped within the Time Vortex. Hence the idea of them being a case study for the Time Agency. If only to show the risks of time travel when not done properly.

I like the idea of Tony, Doug, and Ann appearing IN the TARDIS. A bit like Time Crash or Kerb!am, with them appearing inside. Maybe down to the TARDIS interacting with another craft, or time rift? Or just the tunnel locking onto the TARDIS for some reason and precipitating them out ther.

The Time Tunnel tries to retrieve Tony and Doug but accidentally fixes on and draws in the TARDIS instead, which materializes just inside the Tunnel. The technicians and the general ask the Doctor who help rescue Doug and Tony.

My version of Ann has her conceived IN the TARDIS. If my reading is right, this makes her a Child of the TARDIS. What extra abilities, if any, does she have?

I'd probably use the "Scion of Gallifrey" Trait, since IIRC it was based on River Song and she was conceived in the TARDIS. I think it's in the Eleventh Doctor sourcebook.

I added it to my version of Ann's character sheet. She may even have met a Timelord or two and could've been taken for a short trip in a TARDIS.

The technicians and the general ask the Doctor who help rescue Doug and Tony. It probably materializes between the consoles and the tunnel itself, and, at a dramatic moment, the consoles short out. The Time Tunnel doesn’t grab Tony and Doug. Instead, it grabs an object that materializes in front of the Tunnel with a “Vwoorp! Vwoorp! Vwoorp!” as consoles short out. “We grabbed a Time Lord’s TARDIS,” Ann says. “That’s Top Secret!” Lieutenant General Heywood Kirk snaps. “How did you know about it?” “I was conceived while my parents were traveling through the vortex in Lord Rollonovaradnavashir’s TARDIS, making me a Scion of Gallifrey,” Ann replies. “Lord Rollonovaradnavashir often says, ‘Call me Rollo, William the Conqueror did’.” “Oh,” Kirk says. “I even took a few short trips with him,” Ann adds as the door opens. “Rollo!” Ann calls out as the Time Lord steps out. “Erin still with you?” “Yes,” Rollo replies as Erin steps out. “You’re still you.” “Yeah,” Ann replies. “I haven’t regenerated, yet.”

“What?” Kirk asks.
“As a Scion of Gallifrey, I can regenerate exactly like a Time Lord,” Ann replies.
“Oh,” Kirk says.
“How did my TARDIS get pulled here?” Rollo asks.
“This is the Time Tunnel,” Ann replies, “an experimental time machine. We were trying to retrieve two scientists who are lost in time when we pulled your TARDIS in and the consoles shorted out.”
“Do you have their coordinates?” Rollo asks.
“Right here,” Ray says, handing him a sheet of paper.

“Thanks,” Rollo says, taking the paper. “I can’t read this scrawl. Can you, Erin?”
“No,” she says after taking the paper and looking at it.
“I’ve learned how to read Ray’s scrawl,” Ann says.
Some of the Time Tunnel staff chuckled as Ray said, “Very funny, Ann.”
“Thanks, Ray,” Ann says.
“How about coming with us, Ann?” Rollo asks.
“Okay,” Ann says, clipping her ID to her dress and taking her lab coat off. “See you later, guys,” she adds, tossing her lab coat onto a chair.

Rollo invited Ann to go with them because Tony and Doug knew her, but not them.

Perhaps they land in a TARDIS' control room at the end of "The Kidnappers". If she is a Scion of Gallifrey and has traveled in a TARDIS, Ann will recognize where they are, even if Tony and Doug don't, and tell them, "Don't touch anything."
