the MIB in doctor who waht would be the best way to work The MIB in to doctor who they would work well being a group that knows about aliens and such but how would they view the doctor

They'd be annoyed he has no passport and hasn't been processed through customs. they would be most likely annoyed but thankful he has saved earth a lot also. they would also know of UNIT might even be helping with torchwood

I would consider the MIB as an approximate US equivalent of Torchwood before the Battle of Canary Wharf. They would initially be suspicious of the Doctor because of his non-compliance with passport regulations (possibly laid down in accordance with directives from the Shadow Proclamation) and mistake the sonic screwdriver, when he still used it, for a neuraliser, but would come to accept him once they realised how many times he's saved this world and others.
