I like a lot this Seed in the 11th Dr adventure Book. (P41) But I find myself with some Chalenges. 1 - Create a file for Napoleon 2 - Create a file for his army. 3 - Decide to what extent the Osirians are different. 4 - Split the Osirians Stats in two different files : One for the children of Ma'at And one for the Keepers of Ammit. 5 - Create the stats for Ammit : The "monstrous gigantic crocodile-headed". 6 - Create the Sphinx (Gigantic Robot or Vehicle ?) & Find a way for assured that he will lose his nose. 7 - Maybe even have a file for their Ship ... Even if they battle between themselves, Only the Ship of the Children of Ma'at Crash ... So Napoléon, his army, the Doctor & his compagnon may have to force the other one to crash too. And I don't know how create a spaceship neither a Vehicle. 8 - And have a file for Sutekh (Just in case). So I will be more than happy to find some help or clue. Thank you.

I only have my mobile phone with me, so this reply is going to be less detailed than if I had my laptop.
The first thing I'll say is the best way to learn how to create DWAITAS characters and monsters is to try. So why not give it a go yourself?
However, you should be able to find unofficial stats for Napoleon and Sutekh here on the forum. I can't post links, but Napoleon is in the Characters section and Sutekh is in the Aliens section.
For Napoleon's troops, use standard soldier stats but swap out their weapons to something more suitable.
For the Osirians, you need to decide what you want them to be like. Perhaps base them on existing aliens you already have stats for and adjust them a little - maybe the Silurians?
For Ammit, I can't remember what he or she is, but there are stats for the crocodile-headed Osirian Sebek in my adventure The Ship of Death - follow the link in my signature to download this. (It also includes stats for his minions, the Sobek Crocs, which you might find useful.)
For the Sphinx. I'd create this as a robot.
Vehicle (spaceship) stats are very basic in DWAITAS - just Armour, Hit Capacity and Speed (plus any weapons and gadget traits you might want to give it).
Hope this all helps.

I really thank you for this very Detailed Answer. I wasn't looking for the shortcut. You are perfectly right about learning to create NPC. I'm have finished all the Players files and I will start with Napoleon. I will look for the one that's in here later just for compare. I will see the weapon in the Highlander for the Rifle. I'm thinking to let the troupe have a canon or two & hope find some in the Highlander too. Thank you, again. You help me a lot, and I hope that I forgot nothing.

Thank you, again. You help me a lot, and I hope that I forgot nothing. No problem - let us know how it all works out. Incidentally, I forgot that there's also a write-up for Napoleon in The First Doctor Expanded Universe Sourcebook - how could I have forgotten that! So if you want another comparison, have a look at that.

One thing, I'd give Napoleon Resolve 5. Three seems rather low for someone like him.

For the Sphinx I prefer a Vehicule than a Robot. But like the tardis with some traits & Attributes So I guess he will have Attributes : Awareness : 2 Coordination : 2 Ingenuity : 1 Presence : 4 Resolve : 3 Strength : 8 Armor : 20 (Weakness : The nose) Speed : 24 Hit Capacity : 80 Civilisation Technologie : 9 Traits : Restriction (Tricky control, Don't turn easilly, have to be piloted) Smaller on the inside. (Major) Giant (Major)
