have been reading TTTC found the neo time lord bit intresting
how would make the Peter Cushing Doctor into neo time lord
any ideas

been thinking you could do this in a way that make sense say that
the home made tardis exposes him to some form of energy that would make
him able to regenerate

If that is how you want to go about, then great! Mechanically that would best be modelled, (IMHO), by the Scion of Gallifrey from TTC page 184. But then I favour the Peter Cushing write up in the Expanded Sourcebooks. |
