I ordered all the available sourcebooks last week. I did get an e-mail confirmation of my order but have been sent no data on how I am to receive the free pdfs. I have dropped two requests for information through Cubicle7 website but have received no reply. Since I realize that it will likely take several weeks for the books to reach me in the US I was hoping to get my PDF downloads in the short term so that I could start reading up on the rules. Am I missing something? Is there some location that I can go to to find my downloads or does Cubicle7 send me a link? How do I get in touch with them if they do not respond to the messages I use through the "contact" link on their website.
I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give me on this.

Have you checked your junk mail? My PDF emails always go to my spam folder.

Daily.
How long does it usually take? I'm at exactly one week now.

It's usually not more than a day or two. I've had a PDF not arrive once before but I emailed them and they replied almost immediately to address the problem. Some Cubicle 7 people post in this forum so maybe one of them will read this and get in contact with you.

I had the same problem when I ordered from them. If you email them, they'll usually send you the download codes from DiverthruRPG.com. I just replied back to the purchase confirmation email and they got in touch with me within a few days.

Usually companies have spam filters preventing you from replying directly to order confirmation e-mails but now that I know that is the method I've given that a try as well. Thanks!

If you don't hear back from your email, you could also try posting in the Cubicle 7 forum as that usually gets their attention fairly quickly.

We've added a dedicated 'customer service' section to the new forum too. So if you post in there someone should get back to you. Make sure you're on the new and improved forum though! PDFs are usually delivered by sending you a code for a free copy from drivethrurpg. So do check your spam filters for the e-mail links to that which will contain a coupon code. You then go to drivethru and add the books you ordered to your cart. Then copy the code from the e-mail into the coupon box at the checkout. Annoyingly, I don't think drivethru can cope with more than 1 coupon at a time so you will have to run through the process for each book if you ordered a few I'm afraid.

Er...Could you give me the URL of the new and improved site? I googled the Cubicle 7 forums after someone recommended this as the place to go and registered at the site that google pulled up but it said that the moderator had to approve all registrations and I still haven't received a confirmation that I am good to go for the forum although that was less than 24 hours ago. The website I found is here. If it isn't right please let me know where to go: cubicle7.clicdev.com/f/?CDCookie=cubicle7&trk=cubicle7&act=idxPDFs are usually delivered by sending you a code for a free copy from drivethrurpg. I just want to start downloading. If it's a little tedious I can handle it. I will say that I have been checking my spam filter daily though.

Yup, thats the one. Either drop a PM to Dom or post in the customer service section and they'll sort it out for you. Sounds like something got lost somewhere as you should have something by now.
