Stuff I've already written which could be used in this volume:
Sharon, the companion from the early Doctor Who Weekly comic-strips Dr Ivan Asimoff, also from the comics, first appeared in Doctor Who and the Free-Fall Warriors Beep the Meep, from the DWW strip Doctor Who and the Star Beast The Wrarth Warriors, from the same story Mrs Wibbsey, from the Nest Cottage audios, first appeared in the Hornets' Nest series The Pescatons, from the LP of the same name Voracians, first appeared in the novel System Shock Chelonians, from The Well-Mannered War - though they might be more suitable for the 7th Doctor's volume covering the Virgin New Adventures, as that's where they first appeared
I'm conscious that I seem to be getting "first dibs" on these lists. So if anybody else really wants to do anything I've put myself forward for, I'll happily step aside and pick alternatives.
[By the way, Survivors in Space is the final story in the Serpent's Crest series, rather than something separate.]
EDIT: I can also offer a location write-up for the planet Kaldor, which is greatly expanded on in the novel Corpse Marker.

Did you want to through in the "Doctor Who: the Forgotten" graphic novel? It contains some interesting information on all the Doctors up to ten.
Another source pertaining more to the fourth Doctor would be the recent Shada novelization by Garreth Roberts using Douglas Adams's old notes from the script. He adds a lot of things to hook the classic and new series together. A good read and something I definitely recommend checking out.

The Forgotten is included under the "comics" umbrella. And yeah, we can count Shada.

If we're including Shada, I also have a write-up for the Krargs, which I based on info from the novelisation.
Actually the planet Shada would make a good location to include, if it's not covered in the official Sourcebooks.

Since the precedent with the Time Museum is to include a companion entry that harkens strongly to a particular Doctor's era, then would we cover Harry Sullivan's War here?

Heart of TARDIS - The Jarakebeth (or something not already in Second Doctor sourcebook) I'm currently writing up the Jarakabeth for the 2nd Doctor sourcebook. But how about the Collectors (or the Big Huge and Educational Collection of Old Galactic Stuff) for this one? They appear in a sequence that's specific to the 4th Doctor and Romana and is tangential to the main story.

A couple of suggestions for Omitted but not Forgotten. From Revenge of the Cybermen; the traitorous Kellman and the Chief Guardian Vorus, and perhaps Chief Councillor Tyrum, Commander Stevenson and Crewman Lester.

Items to boost the Fourth Doctor Codex/Sourcebook
BOOKS: Wonderland (Now this is a very strange book (rather, a Telos Novella) that gives us an American take on Doctor Who. It features both the Second and Fourth Doctor, though the former is somewhat marginalized by the narrative style). As the Second Doctor Extra-Cannonical Sourcebook has already passed, perhaps this should be featured here)
AUDIOS: Aladdin Time Babblesphere The Broken Crown Chain Reaction (Audio Short Story) The Child The Circus of Doom The Dead Shoes Death Dealer (Audio Short Story) The Demon of Paris Doctor Who and the Pescatons Exploration Earth The Hexford Invasion Hive of Horror The Old Rogue (Audio Short Story) The Relics of Time Sepulchre A Shard of Ice Starfall A Sting in the Tale The Stuff of Nightmares Survivors in Space Tsar Wars The Wonderous Box
-Fourth Doctor Adventures:
The Abandoned The Crooked Man The Dalek Contract / The Final Phase Destroy the Infinite The Evil One The King of Sontar Last of the Colophon Phantoms of the Deep White Ghosts
Luna Romana (Companion Chronicles; It is unique in being the ONLY example of a Multi-Romana story)
The Kingmaker (features both The Fifth and Fourth Doctor (oddly enough not played by Tom Baker, but rather Jon Culshaw known in the UK for his impersonation of Tom)
COMICS:
-TV Comics Annuals:
Woden's Warriors The Sky Warrior The Tansbury Experiment Jackals of Space The Sea Devil
-Doctor Who Yearbook:

Still, the other audios are alright yes?

Still, the other audios are alright yes? The main audios certainly (the Companion Chronicles, Fourth Doctor Adventures and the Pescatons). The short audios maybe, depending on what they can offer. And with the Nest Cottage audios, I'm not sure if we're covering each episode individually, or just each of the three series as a whole. The one I'm least certain of is Exploration Earth, as it was a half-hour educational radio programme with the flimsiest of stories. There's the main villain of course, but he's pretty two-dimensional and has minimal background to base a write-up on.

I just listened to this yesterday, and I wonder if the Cubicle 7 supplement "The Ravens of Despair" can be made to tie in with this audio adventure. They seem connected, to my brain. Just a thought, for whoever takes it on.

I'll be nowhere near through with the Tom Baker stuff by the time that we get to it. Right now I've listened to all of the Fourth Doctor Adventures, Companion Chronicles, and special CD's featuring Leela and I'm slogging through the Nest Cottage material. I still haven't listened to any of the Fourth Doctor Adventures or Companion Chronicles with Romana.
I see that Wrath of the Iceni is taken. As long as it's ok with everyone, I'd like to try my hand at:
The Foe from the Future Energy of the Daleks Night of the Stormcrow The King of Sontar The Crooked Man Last of the Colophon Empathy Games

Ooh, are we starting to plan for the 4th Doctor volume? I have to own up that I’ve already been working on some stuff for this one – mainly short stories and other more “peripheral” sources, but including a few novels and audios (nothing you’ve said you want to cover, Dastari, so be my guest with those!):
COMICS: TV Comic – Shazar Doctor Who Weekly – Sharon Davies (inc sidebar on comic-strip moving from Polystyle to Marvel), the Iron Legion, the Malevilus, Beep the Meep, Wrarth Warriors, Werelox Doctor Who Monthly – Dr Ivan Asimoff (inc sidebar on Zyglots)
ANNUALS (all comic-strips this time around): 1976 Annual (“Neuronic Nightmare”) – Location: Neuronic Space 1979 Annual (“The Power”) – Location: Shem 1980 Annual (“The Weapon”) – The Black Knight and White Knight
SHORT STORIES: BBC Short Trips (“Old Flames”) - Weretigers BF Short Trips 17 (“Checkpoint”) – The Jalaphron BF Short Trips 21 (“Attachments”, “Plight of the Monkrah” & “Puppeteer”) – Oliver Day (a new companion!) BF Short Trips 21 (“Puppeteer”) – The Puppeteer
NEST COTTAGE AUDIOS: Hornets’ Nest – Fenella Wibbsey (inc sidebar on Nest Cottage), Mike Yates and Captain, the Hornets Demon Quest – The Demon, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Location: Sepulchre Serpent Crest – The Robotovs, the Skishtari, Gadget: Skishtari Egg, the 2nd Doctor
NOVELS: Heart of TARDIS – The Collectors System Shock – Voracians, Gadget: Voractyll Millennium Shock – Gadget: Melsham’s Gas Corpse Marker – Location: Kaldor, SASV1, Kiy Uvanov, Carnell Harry Sullivan’s War – The Van Gogh Society
OTHER: Doctor Who and the Pescatons (1976 LP) - Pescatons Off-Off Canon: Seven Keys to Doomsday (stage play) – general piece, including stats for the alternative 4th Doctor, Jenny Wilson, Jimmy Forbes, Clawrantulars and the Master of Karn
There are a couple more stories I’ll probably add to this list, but haven’t got around to yet (including the Puffin e-short The Root of Evil, and the novellas The Death Pit and Ghost Ship). After that, I’ll likely start looking at some of the novels.
As I suggested upthread, I’m not intending to cover the Chelonians (from The Well-Mannered War) for this book, even though I’ve got a write-up for them already. I suggest leaving them for the 7th Doctor volume, as they’re more traditionally a 7th Doctor foe.
Also, as Shada has been included in C7’s 4th Doctor Sourcebook, there doesn’t seem much point in covering it in this one too, despite my previous suggestion. The novelisation doesn’t really add enough in the way of new info to make the duplication worthwhile.

Yes, Shada is all taken care of in the official release (we didn't know when we originated the list), but I feel like there's something to be done with it come the 8th Doctor book.
But great work!

If someone clicks my signature and looks at the Lone Wolves and Dynamic Duos document, you'll see I've already given my best guess to the Pugilist and Justician (from 4DA s2, "Justice of Jalxar"). You're free to copy them, if they're useful to you.

Hello, In the novel Asylym the 4th Doctor travels with a future Nyssa. Will you be covering any such concept of prior knowledge may be as an ability or knowledge? I am also mindful of the Watcher actually saving Nyssa in Logopolis to allow this to happen. Not sure it was intentional by the author but an interesting take nonetheless.

Siskoid, done, and I just realized ... this write-up is pretty Pulp Fantastic-specific. Two points towards Animal Handling, the Weird Tech good trait, Adversary, Dark Secret, Good Samaritan, Weakness, Natural Weapon ... there are all kinds of Traits here that aren't even in DWAiTaS. This may prevent these two sets of stats from being useable in your compilation.

Fancy having a go at writing something up for this yourself? We're always looking for new contributors. There's a similar situation with Charley Pollard in the 6th Doctor audios (and, briefly, Liv Chenka in the Dark Eyes series), which can also be included. And, of course, River Song.

We're can probably reverse engineer them, no worries. So do you write these using straight DWAITAS Traits, or do you liberally steal Traits from Primeval and Rocket Age? Or do you sometimes find yourselves having to create completely new Traits?

Speaking for myself, it's a mixture of all three methods, whatever is needed. I'll always default to using DWAITAS traits if they exist, but also draw on Primeval and Rocket Age if they have useful options. Pulp Fantastic, not being an official Cubicle 7 game, comes in fourth. But I frequently have to create new traits which don't exist in any of the four sets of rules.
In the case of your stats for the Pugilist, for example, I'd remove the Animal Handling skill as it doesn't appear in DWAITAS, and probably also replsce Pulp Fantastic's Weird Tech trait with Future Tech, its equivalent from Primeval. But Boon Companion and Good Samaritan would probably be kept (though conceivably the latter could be covered by a Code of Conduct).
By comparison, your stats for the Justician need little if any change, so far as I can see. Maybe remove the levels of Experienced - with the exception of companions (who could be used as player characters), I don't try to balance stats for the extracanonical sourcebooks, just try to capture the abilities as shown in the source material, so Experienced often isn't needed.
