Hi,
I am wondering what people use for their GMing tools. Some use paper, others computer.. Is anybody using an iPhone or iPad?

I'm not, but I know someone who does, and have looked over his shoulder as he uses his iPad for things like a connections chart keeping track of his game's multiple alternate realities. It looks quite handy for that kind of thing, if you need to work on it at the table and a pen and paper version would probably get messy quickly.

I don't DM with an IPAD but I do use my acer netbook. And I use a multitabbed wiki-like program called Keynote to keep track of a lot of my information.

Not for DWAITAS, I do use my android for the Starblazer campaign I'm in - for the TiddlyWiki of the campaign and to show the 3D model of the spaceship.

I presume you mean an Android phone, not an actual android... you've just given me an adventure idea.

The app Diceonomicon is worth investing in for the iPad/IPhone. I have it on my Touch. For other RP stuff, I have an HP Pavillion tablet laptop I use.

I've been using DM Toolkit for iPad/iPhone. It's a really cool app. Aside from pdf viewing (which the developer is looking into adding), it has everything i need to run a game; take notes, store characters/npcs, dice, organizing scenes and descriptions.

I do use an i-Pad 2 for running games. I have three apps that I absolutely can't live without. best of all, I only had to pay for DM Toolkit.
DM Toolkit - best for keeping character sheets, equipment info, etc. It takes a little work to get set up, but having all the npc info at one's fingertips is fantastic.
Evernote - this needs wifi to work properly, but it is the best notepad system I have ever encountered. Every note, every game plan, I come up with I write down in Evernote. It synchs the notes with cloud storage, and those notes become available online from any computer I'm using, so I can plan games even while doing other things.
i-Books - I store all my gaming books as pdfs, and thus far this has been the best and easiest way to read them on my i-pad.
A little tip: bookmark the pages you want to access quickly. When you want to find them again, push the button that has three dots followed by three lines (Table of contents) then push the bookmark button. All the bookmarked pages become displayed so you can jump to those rules quickly.
Another tip: The app you have currently open is the 1st app in line. By swiping right to left with 4 fingers, you swap to the next app. you swap back by going left to right. You can also see what apps you have running and shut them down by swiping upward with four fingers. Once I learned this trick it made using my i-Pad much much easier.
Now if only there was a LCARS overlay...

I have a Android powered smartphone (Samsung Galaxy Y) and a couple of netbooks (both Samsung), on which I have RPG PDFs, as well as some Android apps.
I bought the Samsung Galaxy Y, as it was only £130 in comparison to an expensive I-Pad or Galaxy Tab. And the Galaxy Y does what I want it to do; i.e. allow me to view PDFs, roll dice apps, etc.

Being a bit steam driven I use my PDA to write scenario notes and then sync it with my desktop from where I run my games using Fantasy Grounds. In an impossible future Fantasy Grounds would be available as an app for an Ipad and also in that world the ipads wouldn't costs so bloomin' much.

If that's steam driven, what does writing it up by hand and running it on native wit and a table the players are sitting round count as? Early clockwork? Flint knapping?

I've used my e-reader once or twice. And a netbook has seen use at our table but most of the times we switch of all electronics when we are playing.
