possibility of new tardis models since the time war ended?

 so we saw in "heaven sent" and onward that the 12th doctor was stuck in the Dial for a VERRRRRY long time- and Galifrey presumably has continued to move forward with it's civilization both during that time and after until destroyed by the Master some point prior to  "the Timeless Children".

                This makes me wonder if the Time Lords continued to upgrade and design newer updated, more advanced models of Tardis's  since the end of time war, and if so (in Theory:) - what model numbers would our resident galifreayan experts suggest they got up to before the master had a hissy(missy??) fit?/ and what kind of improvements would such models might possess:

Gallery was put in a bubble universe at the end of time. It wasn't thriving for billions of years while the Doctor was in the confession dial; he just emerged wherever it happened to be.

The Time Lords don't really have any reason to develop new time capsules. Aside from the Time War, they don't much use the ones they have.

Especially since they're now apparently isolated/dead/schrodinger's species and probably just focused on Gallifrey rather than observing the universe. I miss the original series representation.
