Does anyone have any advice on statting a robot like the Fugitoid from TMNT? I was thinking of having him be a mentor to my 'Torchwood: Albion' group. A former Torchwood Agent who was severely wounded in an encounter with a Weevil and had his mind uploaded into a robotic shell.

I'm not familiar with the Fugitoid (I've not read or seen any TMNT - sacrilege, I know!), so I can only offer generic advice on statting robots. The sort of traits you need to consider are: Robot (obviously!), Machine, Armour (if it has a rigid exoskeleton), Environmental (doesn't breathe), By the Book or By the Program (if they lack much in the way of initiative), Scan and/or Transmit, Networked (if they're in some sort of radio contact with their fellows), Alien Senses (does their vision extend into the IR or UV,for example?), maybe Photographic Memory, and possibly Enslaved (if they lack free will). After that, the world's your lobster so far as additional abilities are concerned.

As I’ve stated previously I plan on ruining a brief Torchwood one-shot where the British Empire never fell. And Samuel Templar would be a former Torchwood Agent mostly active during the 1940s-1960s who was severely wounded in a Weevil attack. Due to his status of being an exceptional agent, his consciousness was uploaded into a robot shell which was built from the scavenged remains of alien technology. In 2017, he now resides mostly in the Black Archive (Which in this timeline, is under the control of the British Government and the Crown.) And will serve as a mentor to our newly recruited Torchwood Agents. I might even consider if the one shot goes down well, having him appear in the main campaign where through mysterious circumstances he fell into our universe. Due to his body entering a shutdown mode to heal itself, he was locked up by UNIT in the Enigma Vault. Where he resides to this day...
