Marian is the third and last of the three characters I was considering running beside the lady burglar. Unlike them, her sheet is incomplete. Here is what I have for your consideration.
AWARENESS: 3, COORDINATION: 3, INGENUITY: 3, PRESENCE: 3, RESOLVE: 3, STRENGTH: 3
SKILLS Athletics: 3, Convince: 3, Craft: 1, Fighting: 1, Knowledge: 2, Marksmanship: 0, Medicine: 1, Science: 1, Subterfuge: 0, Survival: 0, Technology: 2, Transport: 2
GOOD TRAITS: Attractive: +2 bonus to any rolls that involve looks, Brave: +2 to resist fear, Face in the Crowd: +2 to blend in, Run for your Life!: +1 bonus to Speed when escaping pursuit.
BAD TRAITS: Inexperienced
Personality: Marian is a nice, polite lady
Tech level: 5
Story points: 15
Marian Wright is an 18-year old African-American girl with black hair and brown eyes. When she came aboard the TARDIS, she was wearing a white evening gown, opera-length white gloves, white heels, and a white pearl necklace and earrings and carrying a white evening clutch. The corsage on her left wrist partially hid her watch. While in high school, she made friends with a Muslim family and has worn Muslim garb, including a flip niqab, for a class project.
GEAR: Marian has, besides her watch, a smartphone in her purse.

If this is supposed to be a starting player-character, you've got leftover points. We'd need to know more about her to fill in the rest. What does she do? Is she Inexperienced (might help to explain the low character and skill point totals)?

Marian is a starting player-character. She's a high school senior who was at her high school's homecoming dance. She stepped outside the school for a breath of fresh air before something happened that ended with her traveling in a TARDIS.

Then I would definitely give her the Inexperienced trait. That brings her Story Point total to 15, takes care of her skills, and leaves 5 character points to spend on attributes and traits. Her attributes are pretty low, so I'd probably start there.
