Given how popular London is as a Who setting this may be a useful resource for adventures set there.
The London Picture Map is part of the Collage project of London's Metropolitan Archives and the Guildhall Art Gallery. It includes more than a quarter-million images (dating back five centuries) and is interfaced with Google Maps. Very useful for historical scenarios. For example you can 'walk' down Piccadilly Circus and see images ranging from the iconic intersection in 1966, to the interior of the Criterion Restaurant in 1892.
Time, time, time, see what’s become of me. While I looked around for my possibilities... My AITAS files.
