Well, not so much a list as a wonderful discovery: Sarah Jane is in it, having pride of place for the companions together with Clara Oswin.
I find that very nice, this regard for Sarah Jane's special place.

Which is good. Far too many people are pre-judging the special before anyone's even seen it, especially in the light of all the times the production people have kept things very close to their chests. There's almost no way we can say for certain what is or isn't in it at this point, so it's best to remain hopeful!
As for voices, there are apparently various ones echoing the main speech, apparently, from Paul McGann to Daleks to Jenna...
