The Starfleet Museum features a lot of Star Trek designs, but it does have a quite a few alien and pre-Fed era ship designs and deck plans that can easily be lifted for use in an RPG

There are a lot of Traveller deckplans on the web, highly suitable for adaption for DW gaming.
The smaller ships (like the venerable Suleiman) could make PC vessels as a TARDIS alternative while the larger craft are suited to use as adventure locations.

• There's a lot of other odds and ends over at FT that could be used for DW gaming. The magazine itself is well worth reading (52 issues free!) for NPCs, locations, ships, adventure ideas and more.
  

Not Traveller but Dave Norma has deckplans for the old TSR Star Frontiers game available here.

• There's also a bunch of old SF modules and adventures. A quick respray and filedown and they're ready for Doctror Who.

This page has plans and illustrations for the Type L laboratory ship, also useful as a small space station due to it's ring design. There are plans for a couple of other starships and the air/raft also.

Here are some more deckplans (link) for Star Trek but eminently suited to be reused in DW, either as venues for adventures (the stations and larger ships) or for use as PC vessels for parties without TARDISes; the Danube especially seems a good candidate as a time-ship (with or without the Trek nacelles).
