A cruise marking the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic will leave Southampton later, travelling to the site where the liner sank. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-17649500Tempting fate? I mean, what in the Whoniverse could possibly go wrong with this?

Maybe there is another "alien" reason they try to emulate the Titanic so exactly?

Seems a bit macabre-am not sure what there is to celebrate Not celebrating - commemorating! A large number of the passengers are descendants/relatives of those involved in the tragedy and they are going to spot where Titanic sunk to leave wreaths etc. I certainly don't think this will be a joyous occasion.
