Here's a minor trait I've used for providing camouflage abilities if full invisibility doesn't quite fit - I'm posting it in case others find it useful:
CAMOUFLAGE
[Minor Good Alien / Gadget Trait]
An alien with this Trait can blend into the background to a limited extent (or a gadget with it allows the user to do likewise). It is essentially a Minor version of Invisibility and provides a -2 penalty on attempts to spot the character so long as they remain immobile.
