what do you think of this idea if the white Guardian represents all that is good and the black Guardian represents all that is bad. The gray Guardian is all that is nurture and he normally dose not get involved with what the other two Guardians are doing but he might get involved if the problem was big one

I've a feeling that one of the BBC novels listed half a dozen or so Guardians of different colours, each with their own sphere of influence. And one of the less serious comic strips featured a Beige Guardian. Not sure what he represented - all that is naff in the universe probably.
I think the idea of a Gray Guardian, overseeing the others and representing balance would be a good one.
I'm not particularly a fan of White Guardian = Good and Black Guardian = Evil. I think it should be Order and Chaos instead, so there's good and bad in both. Big Finish's Key 2 Time series went this way, and Michael Moorcock's Dr Who novel, The Coming of the Terraphiles, hinted at it (though I don't think the Guardians were actually mentioned in that).

The novels named the Celestial Toymaker as the Crystal Guardian (aka the Guardian of Dreams).
The novels, audios and writers guide for the Key to Time Season had the following info…
The Great Old Ones from the previous universe became the elemental forces and an integral part of the current new Universe. They became the Council of Guardians. Together they are the Six-Fold God. There are six Guardians: Light (Structure, Order / White) Chaos (Entropy, Darkness / Black) Justice (Morality / Red) Dreams (aka Celestial Toymaker/ Imagination /Crystal) Equilibrium (Azure) Life (Sentience / Gold).
They are essential for cosmic balance because they serve as conduits through which the fundamental essence of the Universe can act. On of there jobs are to ensure that the Time Lords do not abuse their abilities to manipulate the Weak Nuclear Force. For this reason the Guardians can only act in unison otherwise cosmic balance will be upset and they answer only to the Greater Old Ones known as the Grace. The Grace is probably a huge and pan-dimensional being with amazing powers and is even capable of banishing the Guardians. The Guardians nurture the early civilizations of the universe. The Black Guardian is responsible for 50% of the reality of the Universe. If the Black Guardian were ever to defeat the White he would become the undisputed ruler of Reality. The Guardian of Structure appears less likely to lie then the Guardian of Chaos. The Black Guardian is strongest as the far end of the universe and the white is weakest at this point. Among the Time Lords, only those who have served (or are serving) as President know of the true nature of the Guardians. They can only contact lower primates when the primate's brain has been knocked into an altered state.
