Haven't got my rules with me so I can't remember whether it's called Enemy or Adversary, but you know the one I mean.
My question is, can you take this multiple times? For instance could it be taken once for cybermen, a second time for daleks and a third time for your game's renegade evil time lord? Or do you take it once and that's it?

Adversary: according to the rulebook, you can take this multiple times. But I think you need to be a bit reasonable about it, otherwise the Doctor would have a list as long as his scarf by now!

Adversary is marked with an asterisk in the Player's Guide, so by the rules as written it could be taken more than once.
However, looking at the Tenth Doctor's sheet, he only has Adversary listed once. The explanation on the back says: The Doctor has picked up a few enemies in his travels, many of which will actively try to stop him (or worse) if they encounter him again.
Personally, I'd make multiple Adversaries into a Major Bad Trait rather than having multiple individual Bad Traits. Otherwise a player could try and buy a lot of them - the Doctor could reasonably have dozens.
(Or if I feel like houseruling a bit more, I'd make enemies who can't travel in time Minor and those who can or are ubiquitous throughout time Major, assuming time-travelling player characters.)
