Nice! I like it. It's elegant and easy to read. It does lack all the trimmings of the other sheets that turn character sheets into thematic props - but then that's kinda the intent in making it readable and accessible.
Hmm, Now I'm inspired to do one that favours my addiction to paper modelling and steampunk...

Practical, yes. That was my goal. We're limited on printer ink (at $75 a cartridge) so I always try to use the most print-friendly sheet possible. But, I wanted one with room for lots of info at the same time.
Since my group's not big on writing up backgrounds, but we come up with a lot of skill specialties and new good/bad traits, I needed more room for those.
Now, I would love to see that Steampunk-themed sheet. I love Steampunk, in all its forms.
