That link 404s. Missing hyphen, I think. Try this one.

Bout bloody time. I was beginning to wonder if the specials and season 5 were being combined.

Silva have got a blog entry for the track listing. Looks like The End of Time occupies all of disc 2.

My only concern is the other specials look to have been edged out by EOT The Next Doctor ... 10 tracks Planet of the Dead ... 6 tracks Waters of Mars ... 4 tracks End of Time ... 26 tracks I'm not that bothered, but somebody who's a big fan of Waters of Mars might feel a tad left out ...

Did Waters of Mars use tunes that occurred in other specials though, is the question.

Did Waters of Mars use tunes that occurred in other specials though, is the question. It did, as I recall. The Ood lament (which I hope is one of the songs included, I suspect it's the one titled 'Vale') from the end of the episode recurred in The End of Time Part 2 and the action theme from the climax of the episode was reused in Part 1. There were most likely other points where the songs from the End of Time two-parter actually appeared during the other specials as well.

Think of it this way...
The Next Doctor ... 10 tracks Planet of the Dead ... 6 tracks Waters of Mars ... 4 tracks End of Time Part 1 ... 13 tracks End of Time Part 2 ... 13 tracks
It's still a greater proportion but there were two episodes of it.

And Part Two was that extra fifteen minutes longer too.
(We didn't get any action figures for the first three specials, for that matter...)

I stand corrected.

Whoo. These are great. I like the expanded tracks, and the ones which weren't included in the final mix like (as far as I recall) the Song For Ten reprise. And the "The New Doctor" seems a bit different from the broadcast version too. But maybe it just sounds different with no crashing TARDIS

I forgot it was out... this thread reminded me. Thanks! I've been enjoying it immensely.
