Not sure - often franchise games are short and either too easy or two difficult. I have my doubts that gameplay will last more than a half hour, or that there will be any replayability in the games.
However, that being said, a few of the casual flash games on the site have actually been good. Probably about 1 in 10 of them.

I know someone whose husband works at Sumo Digital in Sheffield. They haven't been working on it but they've been able to see that one being made.

I worry about the "rush-to-print" attitude that franchise games often have, just to fit with the right time of the tie-in. Sacrifices have to be made, usually it's with plot, but often with quality as well and end up with released beta versions.

I've given it a shot, and I have to give it 5 out 10. I'm tempted to go lower, but I'm a bit of a soft touch.
All things considered, I think they'd have been better making this as an old-fashioned point-and-click than as the poor man's Tomb Raider clone they churned out here. Then they could focus a little less on trying to impress with 'action-packed' gameplay - which was pretty generic and almost unplayable due to the slow frame-rate, though that might just be my computer - and more on the actual story.
Actually, yeah. I'm going to take it down to 4 out of 10.

Since they're being counted as almost episodes, should we discuss them in plot terms in the spoiler section, giving each of the four its own thread?

Here: dwaitas.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=bbcgameIt's actually not that bad. So far its been a mix of stealth, evasion and logic puzzles - pretty much plays out like an episode and there is tension and drama in the gameplay. Your PC specs may have something to do with getting a good experience and I played 30 mins so far and its quite entertaining. It has a feel to it of classic episodes. Quite tense and spooky. Setup Hints- I'd suggest allowing the PC checker to test your system first.
- You don't need to allow firewall access to the game

I found it entertaining. A variety of different situations and puzzles. It was never going to be world class, it's not like they took two years and millions of quid to develop it. But good fun for what it is.
