With the change in the logo used in the new series of Doctor Who and a new Doctor, does C7 plan to re-release the core rule books with the appropriate changes?

I think so, at least I remember there being talk of a wider release using a Smith-based design once the new series was out.

There are indeed plans for a "regeneration edition" as Angus calls it, catching typos and Page XX notes as well as giving the books a new look. Stats for the Eleventh Doctor and Amy will be included, and should be available on the C7 website for those sticking with the Tennant edition.
