Having just caught up on Hedgewick and co's wonderful 'The Dark Dimension' campaign (featuring the recurring villains of the Divinity) I was wondering, as a GM or a player in your campaign what has been your favourite original monster/alien race you have encountered or created?

The Dominators.
the Drahvin were interesting, especially in the novelisation.
The Fendahl.
The Cybermen. Lots of potential there that wasn't used except in the EU.
The Rutan.
The Nimon.
The Ice Warriors
