Not much for the 13th Doctor yet in terms of novels (and no audios yet), but I'm sure the list will grow: BBC AudiosThe Romanov Project BBC PodcastsDoctor Who: Redacted BBC New Series Adventures (Novels)The Good Doctor Molten Heart Combat Magicks BBC/Puffin Children’s Books (Novels)The Secret in Vault 13 The Maze of Death Team TARDIS Diaries 1: Paper Moon Team TARDIS Diaries 2: Ghost Town The Wonderful Doctor of Oz Other BBC NovelsAt Childhood's End Other BooksThe Runaway TARDIS OPTIONAL: COMICS, SHORT STORIES, MISC.Webcasts, e.g. Doctors Assemble! Short stories, e.g.: - Now We Are Six Hundred (The Death List) - The Missy Chronicles (The Liar, the Glitch and the Warzone) - Twelve Angels Weeping (The Rhino of Twenty-Three Strand Street) - Thirteen Doctors, Thirteen Stories (Time Lapse) - The Target Storybook (Gatecrashers, Citation Needed) - Star Tales (Chasing the Dawn, That's All Right Mama, Einstein and the Doctor, Who-Dini?, The Pythagoras Problem, Mission of the KaaDak) - Doctor Who Lockdown! (Things She Thought While Falling, Press Play, The Shadow Passes, The Simple Things) - The Wintertime Paradox (The Paradox Moon - the Faction members Sibling Same and Sibling Different would be ideal!) - Adventures in Lockdown (Fellow Traveller) - Doctor Who Magazine (Black Powder) - Origin Stories (Chemistry) Comic strips: DWM and Titan Comics are both producing 13th Doctor strips, so I'm sure we'll be able to utilise a lot of concepts. In fact, the latest issue from Titan Comics ( The Thirteenth Doctor #9) features a character many people have been hoping we'll be able to include in the sourcebooks: The Corsair! Material from the Doctor Who annuals Video games, e.g. Lost in Time Live events, e.g. Time Fracture Did I forget anything? What concepts should be pulled from these? Anything you personally want to try your hand at?

he latest issue of the Titan series gave us the first appearance of the Corsair. The above information is a major spoiler as this is not revealed until the final panel of the issue. It was already included in spoiler tags in the OP, so I have added them to your post. I imagine that it'll be fairly general knowledge after the next issue is released, but at the moment it's a spoiler.

Would the Time Fracture stage play also be another Whittaker story?

Would the Time Fracture stage play also be another Whittaker story? It would, but only as an optional story for inclusion in the sourcebook. Normally I'd like to include something like this (particularly as the list for the 13th Doctor volume is currently looking very short!). But as it was an "immersive experience", it's a bit of ephemera with no permanent record to go by as a reference. I personally didn't get the chance to attend it, as it closed a couple of months earlier than advertised, so it's not something I could do anything with. I'm also not sure whether there were any characters or monsters that featured that aren't already covered in Cubicle 7's official sourcebooks, or have been/will be in other EU sourcebooks. The publicity listed people like Elizabeth I, William Shakespeare, Leonardo da Vinci and Brian the Ood (the latter two will be covered by the project before we get to the 13th Doctor, if Cubicle 7 haven't nabbed them by then), and the usual roster of monsters - Daleks, Cybermen, Silurians, Weeping Angels, etc. So I don't know if there were any new elements covered in enough detail to justify an entry. Looking at the TARDIS Data Core entry, it seems that the main enemies are Davros and Rassilon - it's not clear, but if the latter is a new incarnation, then maybe something on him. But without further knowledge on his appearance, personality, etc, there's nothing for me to base a write-up on. Similarly, there's a TARDIS Data Core entry on the Time Fracture itself, which might form the basis of an entry on that as a phenomenon/location. But I've found the Data Core not to be totally accurate and, anyway, it would be a bit cheeky just to cut-and-paste their entry with a bit of tweaking and rewording. However, if any other forum member went to Time Fracture and can shed any light on this - or even write any suitable entry (for Rassilon or anything else from this) - please shout up!

As I was fortunate enough to attend a performance of Time Fracture, I'm more than happy to potentially write some stat blocks. That would be great, though the bigger issue is writing the text to go with them. A one-page entry with a single stats block needs around 500 words with it, for example. A two-pager would need a single stats block plus 1,500 words, or two stats blocks plus 1,000 words, or three stats blocks plus 500 words - there's a little leeway but you get the general idea. If you're able to write something like that, that would be awesome. Or if not, provide enough info for somebody else to be able to write an entry of that length. Obviously we're several years from starting on the 13th Doctor sourcebook, but doing this while your memory of Time Fracture is still fresh would probably be best. So if you're willing to give it a go, PM me.
