Hello everyone.
I am in the process of building a campaign, and I wondered if there are any builds out there for stock earth animals? Such as Bears, tigers, fish, unicorns (why not?), whatever... I'm looking for a wide range to pick from that work well with the existing system, or any advice on how to build some!
I have celebrated finally getting a group together in my new country by completing the missing parts of my sourcebook collection, so I am able to use material from any sourcebook in my campaign, and have also downloaded the EU ones published here, but not had the chance to pour through them all just yet, so I'm not sure if a table exists. If not, I would love to start a discussion here and maybe build out a communal homebrew one together!

The best source of animal stats is Pulp Fantastic, which has a chapter on creatures including natural animals, cryptids and supernatural beasts. It's not the Doctor Who RPG but it uses the Vortex system so it's compatible.
Obviously The Silurian Age covers dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals (as did the Primeval RPG and its supplements, which again used the Vortex system). I'm not sure that there's much else in the other Cubicle 7 books.
There are a few animal stats here and there in the expanded universe sourcebooks, but not many. From off the top of my head, the 4th Doctor book includes a wolfhound (in the entry on Mike Yates and Captain), the 5th Doctor book includes stats for a horse (under the Mitanni) and Erimem's cat Antranak, and the 6th Doctor book includes an Indian rhino (in the entry for Bath, 1756).
I did write stats for several big game animals for inclusion in the entry on the Whitlock Estate for the 5th Doctor book, but they were cut for reasons of space. As you can see, I tend to include only Strength, Coordination and Awareness for animals' attributes (as per the guidelines for the creation of non-sentient flora and fauna in the 11th Doctor edition of the GM's Guide):
LION/TIGER
Attributes: Strength 5, Coordination 6, Awareness 5 Skills: Athletics 4, Fighting 3, Subterfuge 4, Survival 4 Traits: Fast (Minor), Fear Factor 1, Keen Senses (Minor: Vision), Natural Weapons (Minor: Fangs and Claws – Strength +2 damage)
GORILLA
Attributes: Strength 8, Coordination 4, Awareness 3 Skills: Athletics 3, Fighting 3, Subterfuge 1, Survival 3 Traits: Aggressive (Major: has +2 Coordination for calculating who acts first during the Fighting phase), Fear Factor 1, Frenzy, Keen Senses (Minor: Smell), Tough
ELEPHANT
Attributes: Strength 14, Coordination 3, Awareness 3 Skills: Athletics 3, Fighting 2, Survival 4 Traits: Armour (3 points), Fear Factor 1, Natural Weapons (Minor: Tusks – Strength +2 damage), Trample (inflicts Strength damage to any creature it runs over), Size – Huge (Minor)
RHINOCEROS
Attributes: Strength 12, Coordination 2, Awareness 2 Skills: Athletics 3, Fighting 3, Survival 4 Traits: Armour (3 points), Natural Weapons (Minor: Horn – Strength +2 damage), Trample (inflicts Strength damage to any creature it runs over, plus can make an additional attack with its horn), Size – Huge (Minor)
The stats for the big cats and the gorilla are based on those in Pulp Fantastic, but with a little tweaking.

Just remembered that the 3rd Doctor Addendum (due out towards the end of this year) will include stats for a giant squid and a sperm whale.
Also, the entry for the Whitlock Estate in the 5th Doctor volume includes stats for Whitlock's hunting dogs, Brutus and Portia. And stats for Napoleon's horse Marengo are included in the 6th Doctor book, and are slightly different to the horse stats mentioned above (which are Mitanni chariot horses).

This is fantastic stuff. Thanks for the pointers on specifically where to look for the official stuff, and the pulp fantastic tip is very useful- I hadn't considered borrowing from similar RPG's. Anything I end up creating for final use, I'll post when I get to that part in my campaign!
