now that we know galifrey is "back"...the timelords are busy at the "far end of the continum....for its own protection"...etc.
What is the suggested manner to handle the existance..and or creation of newer Neo timelords in the current campaign?
open to suggestions ..thanks.

Well, Gallifrey has been through a mind-bending cosmic war and survived, been trapped in a moment of time and now resides in a distant place. A lot has happened to shake it's society to its very core and also elevate The Doctor to near-mythic status among the people of his homeworld, so perhaps there are those who wish to taste the freedom of the universe for themselves.
The war children of Gallifrey are an entirely new generation of Time Lords who have had a baptism of fire and possibly lost some or even all of their families in the conflagration of the Time War. Maybe the former indolence and cloistered existence of their forebears is not the path that their own lives will take. Maybe it is that they have lost too much or seen too much to live placidly, chained to the traditional dogma of non-interference.
Perhaps it is time that they find their own destiny. Seeking knowledge, adventure and a purpose for themselves throughout time and space...

ah.. thanks...but how do the Neo timelords (scion of galifrey trait) fit in the new scheme? not sure the timelords (proper) woulld be too happy with river song and others "like" her ((neo timelords)) running amok. ..so trying to figgure/find a way they would fit in.. as time travlers...if at all. thanks

I think the Time lords (proper) are too busy recovering from the Time War to even care about Neo Time lords, or any other time travelers for that matter, but it's your game. You decide if they are willing to devote the resources to track them down or not.

ah.. thanks...but how do the Neo timelords (scion of galifrey trait) Ah! obvious confusion here! Neo Time Lords literally means 'new' Time Lords. I don't mean to be pedantic, just sayin' EDIT: Of course I mistakenly overlooked 'Neo' in the Time Traveller's book. I always refer to them as Scions. Middle age muddle.

I get the idea that the Time Lords are 'hiding' at the far end of time. So the general policy is probably to keep an extremely low profile [so as not to attract the attention of the Daleks or other temporal powers].
That said, renegades gonna renegade.

Marnaral... so.. basically the general gist is that the Galifreian time lords probably dont know....dont care..and or pretending not to notice any individuals with the :Scion of galifrey trait...unless given a very STRONG reason to do otherwise...((and possibly subtly encouraging them to come into being as a source of intervention that gives the galifreyians "plausible Deniability" ? I like the sound of that train of thought...

Sure tampehawke that's a perfectly viable interpretation. I doubt they want 'plausible deniability' as such since their hiding place is lost if someone finds them and accuses them. But providing quiet - mysterious - aid to some scions is certainly possible as long as none of the time aware cultures learn that they Time Lords are back. They might not even tell the scion who they are, just some shadowy figure providing hints and clues. Someone who helps out mysteriously but never gives his name. Patron Who? ;-)

I'm pretty sure Lalla Ward dumped him. You had to remind me. To lose one Romana can be regarded as misfortune. To lose two begins to look like carelessness.
