I was thinking of recreating, for myself, the GM's screen that Cubicle7 no longer sells. I'm interested particularly in the funky computer-circuit boxes that the text is surrounded by throughout the 10th Doctor edition of the rules. These things: My question: is there any software, any method, to stretch a box like this wider or taller without affecting the sizes of the corner bits, and without having to cut and paste the box in sections? The PDFs say they were created in Adobe InDesign. Does this do what I want? Does Scribus do the same thing (for free)? Do these applications allow me to create a template box, then stretch it without losing the proportions of the tabbed corners?

I have most of the tables in text editable form as a powerpoint in my signature here. They could definitely help you out. As far as getting those boxes, you would need PDF copies of the 10th Doctor Edition and you could probably rip them out with Adobe Illustrator

Aha! These shapes are created with paths. Just select the half of the box you want to stretch and pull it into position.
