As I get my feet wet with the Doctor Who RPG, one thing that occurs to me is that one can adapt scenarios from just about any science fiction RPG since the Doctor can show up anywhere in time and space.
Are there restrictions or standards I should keep in mind if I want to share my notes on adapting adventures published for other games?

I'd say, just adapt the characters/NPC's/villains and gadgets to dwaitas and give a link to where you can buy the official module with the rest of the information. That's what I'm doing with my write ups of the FASA Doctor Who modules

I think requiring the original document to make the module work is good enough, unless it was a freely released module to begin with, then I wouldn't really bother with doing extracts and would just replace the needed information.
