The BBC have made The Doctor's Meditation available to view on the Doctor Who Facebook page: Doctor Who: FacebookIt's a 6-minute minisode which (I think) was shown in US cinemas over the last couple of days with the 3D screenings of Dark Water/Death in Heaven. It's different to the prologue featuring Ohila which was released a week or so ago.

No, this is the Magician's Apprentice prelude.
The Doctor's Meditation is much longer. SPOILER The Doctor is hiding in the Medieval castle, he's talking about an "old friend" who is dying and he needs to mentally prepare himself. He tastes the water and thinks it's terrible. He then leads the castle residents on a silly run about the grounds looking for the best spot to dig a well. After several tires, they find a spot. Then he suggests a number of other improvements to the castle.
The Doctor is really just trying to delay the inevitable, and Bors, the apparent lord of the castle tells him so. Finally he tells Bors there's a battle coming, the worst of his life and he needs to prepare for it. And the final scene is of a smoke filled field with a number of modern looking soldiers running away.

I'm slightly confused, because that's exactly what I watched on the Facebook page - it's even titled The Doctor's Meditation.

For clarity, this link should take you to the exact video to watch, rather than the general facebook page: The Doctor's Meditation

Also, how are people who don't do Facebook supposed to see it?

That's because it's down again. Tech issues I guess...

Apparently the version on the Doctor Who Facebook page is region locked for UK IP addresses only, which might be the cause of some of the problems.
However, it is being broadcast on BBC America at 10pm tonight (and repeated at 1am). In Canada, it will be broadcast on SPACE at 6pm this evening. And in Australia it will be shown on ABC2 on Saturday evening at 7.30pm (and repeated at the same time on Monday morning).
It is also available to download on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video and Google Play.
