Just wondering if anyone has statted up Captain Jack as he was when Rose and the Doctor first met him? (i.e. without immortality and a few centuries worth of extra experience)
"By the ancient rites of combat, I forbid you to scavenge here for the rest of time. And when you go back to the stars and tell others of this planet, when you tell them of its riches, its people, its potential, when you talk of the Earth, then make sure that you tell them this...[shouts] ...it is defended!"
If you've got the original (10th Doctor) DWAITAS box-set, I'd use Captain Jack's stats from that, but remove his Fast Healing, Immortal and Friends (Torchwood) traits. Also probably remove his Time Traveller trait as he hasn't spent enough time in the 20th or 21st Centuries to have earned that yet.
I dunno, he seemed to fit into World War II England quite easily. All he needed to do to cover up any gaffes was to claim to be an American. He was also quite nonchalant about Rose's 21st century cell phone. When traveling in the TARDIS, he was comfortable in 21st century Wales, too. I'd probably leave the Time Traveller trait in, on the assumption that he's spent enough time in Tech Level 5 before meeting the Doctor.
