I see all the Doctor Who material has now disappeared from C7's forums; has anyone heard anything concrete about the new supporting website they promised?

Dominic said yesterday that Cubicle 7 were not going to support the game in its own website or forum, hence the sudden appearance of this one. However, he is keeping in touch directly with the admin of this forum so in a sense this is the unofficial official site.

Oh, I must have misunderstood. I thought they were going to launch a new, dedicated Doctor Who website (with FAQ, but without forums etc) I see all the Doctor Who material has now disappeared from C7's forums; has anyone heard anything concrete about the new supporting website they promised? Dominic said yesterday that Cubicle 7 were not going to support the game in its own website or forum, hence the sudden appearance of this one. Yes, a new Doctor Who C7 website will be appearing to support the game. Thanks, Angus. Before anyone else asks: any idea of an ETA and an URL yet?

That is good news! I can not wait to hold this set in my hand and look through it for the first time I am looking forward to the first time I run the final version of the game with friends too. The previews that have been released so far (the character sheets etc) have used a lot of trade dress, but that's fine by me - I think they look great, and fit in with a lot of the supplements, such as the recent BBC Monsters book for Dr Who. I am grateful that this site exists

I'm sure, before you know it, we'll be knee deep in sites, new and old, with unofficial support for the game. I suppose an official forum represents a administrative overhead and might be considered surplus to requirements as a result. Providing Cubicle 7 creates a solid and well-informed factual site, that'll be OK I guess. However, it needs to be more than a marketing engine.

Just pre-ordered mine today. From play.com of all places. £26.99. According to the site, it'll ship on the 14th so I should have it by Christmas. They've undercut Amazon by £3...
