1. Female Mechanic, time traveler who posed as a timelord, to do this she used nanites in her system to not age and gave the illusion of being a timelord, and returned to Galifray to do what she loves and seek out help. Often helping out the doctor in his 'old' age she also learned everything there was to know about a TARDIS. Later in life while exploring other planets and galaxies with a TARDIS she stole she finds herself romantically involved with a Thal who was a fixed point in time. He found this out by accessing the Machina's (that's her name ironicly) TARDIS database that he was to die. During the war between the Thal and the Dals he made his escape in Machina's TARDIS. This resulted in a chain reaction. Due to his survival a race called the Pedornates (We made them up) died out.
Machina was apprehended by Time Agents and thrown into a time vortex. She found herself locked away at the beginning of time. Luckily shortly after the doctor showed up to drop off Mother of mine. Remembering her from Galifrey he gave her a lift out of the place. Though he seemed to remember something. Time worked in funny ways. In one aspect the doctor who had gone to the end of the world knew how he screwed up and when, and there was something dire that he was going to screw up somehow, and he didn't know how to reverse it or maybe he wouldn't have too....
Has faulty nanites = fast healing
2. Torchwood Medical Doctor - about time the team had a DECENT medical aid.
Traveling sideways through time the Daleks have won and taken over earth. Gwen and her husband had managed to place their baby into a time capsule. When she woke up she found the place was taken over by Daleks and Cybermen. Jack Harkness was a rebel and kept her alive. She knew him by the allies of William Harper. Jack and his party of rebels were trying to build a vortex minipulator. Together his team would risk their lives stealing medical supplies and means to make their own and with Emily (that's her name) grown up she was the doctor of the group. Eventually they did get the vortex to work however it had enough power for ONE person. Jack told her to keep his ancestor safe. He knew her life force was enough to tell the doctor exactly what happens in that future. (which he stops in the actual series though we get to play around with going sideways in time a bit) (Basically think Reni from sailor moon or better yet Trunks from Dragon Ball Z type plot)
fixed point/immortal
3. Gigi a Draconian with a disguise bracelet (to be more human) Major Brigider Unit Officer. Kidnapped by the master as a child. She was a loyal servant who was neither seen or heard from. She would serve him tea in his TARDIS which disguised itself as a grandfather clock. At first she did not like this man at all however that man who swore up and down about some 'doctor' whom he had trouble with for whatever reason had also shown her different worlds, cultures, histories and futures. As a teen she started to stand up for herself and it was bad timing on her part as the master lashed out on her and tried to kill her. The Huon energy in the TARDIS brought her back to life and Gigi killed a Weeping Angel that stepped inside the Master's TARDIS. Seeing this the Master rethought his cruelty and schemed that if he should ever actually die that Gigi would find a way to bring him back. He taught her and trained her privetly for a short time and sent her off to join the Unit. This was how he stayed hidden from the Unit later on. It saddened her that she never got to see the Master anymore (woo stockholmes syndrome)
Due to the Huon energy the Master's TARDIS felt that Gigi was their child. By reviving her the Huon energy was linked between that TARDIS, the Master, and Gigi. Gigi can hear the drumming in her head and after the Master dies it turns into a loud drumming. When the year reset the drumming was still loud as the master was now 'gone' again.
Has the time lock
Shutter Shock (that light/electricity the master shoots out of his hands to feed) (Will post 'episode one tomarow I wrote this kind of late but you can see some of the plots from their backgrounds that will come into play)
