I’m a bit confused by the stats listed on page 92 for “Large Pistol” vs. “Medium Pistol”. Going by the stats, there seems to be no reason for using the Large Pistol. It does the same damage as a Medium Pistol, but holds fewer rounds and has a larger recoil penalty. This seems to contradict the descriptive text on page 90, which says the Large Pistol does more damage.
Handgun: A small pistol or revolver. You can conceal it easily under a jacket. A small-calibre handgun does 2/4/6 damage; a bigger handgun does 2/5/7 damage, and a really big, meaty revolver does 3/6/9 damage. Pistols are Uncommon in the United Kingdom and most of Europe, but Common in the United States. You need Marksman 2 or more to have a pistol license. A handgun can be fired multiple times per round as a single action, but each shot after the first incurs a penalty (-1 per shot for small handguns, -2 per shot for bigger guns, -3 per shot for really big guns).
