Very nice! I love all the little details you've put into all the character sheets. Though, I've never seen the Eccentric trait used quite like that, before. Anyway, have some karma!

Dig these. Couple errors I can see now:
1st Doctor sheet: "Irascible" only has one R. Tender spelled "tewnder."
Susan: No errors, just got a big laugh about the description of Fast Healing.
Ian: Description of Eccentric/Skeptical/: "slow to believe the prood before his eyes"
(Adding here in order to prevent multi-posting.)
2nd Doctor Sheets
The Doctor: Missing space between "slow" and "to."
Jamie: Skills footnote says "The Doctor has" rather than "Jamie has."
Zoe: Arrogance spelled "arragance."
3rd Doctor Sheets
Sgt. Benton: Under story point accumulation method: "Sgt. Benton loyalty to his friends" Needs an apostrophe s after Benton.
Beyond that, great work. Thanks for including a blank version of the sheet. Plan to use the different era ones.

DoctorX: Thanks! I'll get right on fixing those.
Chickenpaddy: How do YOU use Eccentric?

Well, I could be mis-using it, but I haven't had anyone tell me different, and your sheets are the first time I've seen eccentric used differently than I do, including the characters in the core book set (don't have the UNIT or TTC books, yet).
I always thought Eccentric as a one time buy. This trait basically gives the player's character an excuse to be a bit... strange and earn story points while doing so. Fairly simple. I'm not saying you're doing wrong, by any means. I was just observing your unique (to my eyes) usage of it.

I've followed the lead of many write-ups on this very forum that have given specifics for Eccentric, and given Eccentric multiple times to characters. I guess I 'ported habits from other games (like GURPS) where there are multiple Mental Disadvantages to choose from. "Eccentric" is too vague for my tastes, and the description says the details have to be discussed with the GM. The process essentially turns "Eccentric" into a more specific flaw to be role-played. Think of it as the character sheets including that discussion. It's possible my fictional GMs and players are counting Eccentric only once (for points), but writing down the several ways a character is eccentric.

That makes sense. I love your write-ups, by the way. Very well thought out and excellent attention to detail. I might take some notes on your usage and maybe experiment and implement it in future games.

chickenpaddy: Another instance of "named" Eccentric Traits is in the Primeval RPG, which I recently purchased. All the Eccentric characters from the show are handled the same way as Who's, EXCEPT Connor Temple who has "Eccentric - Socially Inept" instead. It's a break from format (all the others have a paragraph of detail, but not their own Eccentric "type"), but maybe that way of doing this is leaking off this forum and into the game material.

Just noticed something in Sutekh's stats:
Amour [5]
Hmm,, he didn't strike me as the type. It's always the quiet, immobile ones.

Nicely fixed. Though it would've been better if Sutekh were easy to damage, but handy with the ladies.

Speaking of being out of the game, hasn't it been a while since we got an update?

They're tied into my daily episode reviews. The Invasion of Time (and thus, Season 15) wraps Sunday, so you'll get Leela's character sheet Monday and Season 15 on Tuesday (or if I can't finish it in time - I'm away this weekend - Wednesday).

Great stuff, as always. I particularly enjoy the Polyphase Avatron's attack being termed "energy droppings"! ;D

The Fourth Doctor's character sheet is here siskoid.blogspot.ca/2013/06/the-fourth-doctor-character-sheet_5.htmlAnd the bottom of the post, you'll find a link to the entire high quality pdf character sheet bundle of the era. From now on, I'll be making the bundle available (up to whatever point) from the start. So I've got to start work on a 5th Doctor version!
