(Using a document I put together a few months ago) here is a cheat sheet for all the powers Time Lords can activate by spending Story Points...
GALLIFREYAN TRAITS
*Brains that can re-program themselves [lots of temporary traits from this one]
170 different spectrum options for the eyes [1 SP adds 3d to Aware]
Enhanced smell [1 SP adds 3d to Awareness]
Able to donate Artron Energy [1 SP adds 3d to another’s Presence]
Freezing them solid only paralyzes instead of kills. [cost 1 SP to activate]
* Can alter their metabolism in almost any way
Fool TL 7 bio-scanners into thinking you are human [costs 1 SP]
Can control their hair growth.
Only need ¼ as much oxygen as a human
Can go days without water and weeks without food
Sleep trance that mean they only need about 1 hour of sleep a night
Able to use Detox on some poisons. [cost 1 SP to activate]
Regeneration (12 times)
Extended lifespan [~600 years per body]
Immunity/ Resistance from many poisons, diseases, and viruses. [1 SP adds 3d to Strength to resist]
Radiation resistance [1 SP adds 3d to Strength to resist]
Rapid Healing [Can make healing rolls 4 times as often as a human]
Healing Trance [Heal 12 times faster then a human / cost 1 SP to activate]
Transcendental Cardiovascular System: Can donate vast amounts of blood. Type-less blood that can be transfused to anyone
Blood that can teach human blood how to fight off infection [cost 1 SP]
Bypass respiratory system can hold breath for 20 minutes [or hours in trance] [Costs 1 SP to activate]
Flash blindness resistance
Psychic and Telepathic
Resistance to Alcohol
Can seal body so they can remain conscious in a vacuum for 6 minutes. And alive for 20 [Costs 1 SP to activate]
Vulnerable to ginger pop [makes them drunk]
Vulnerable to Aspirin
Vulnerability to magnetic fields
Possibly two hearts.
Possibly sterility
Possibly no sex drive
Possibly vulnerability to moist environments

Symbiotic Nuclei (the Vortex Trait)
They grow a Time Brain that gives them 22 temporal senses (Feel turn of Universe)
Possibly ownership of a TARDIS
Can alter their sense of time – giving them super reflexes. [1 SP adds 3d to Coordination]
Phobia of paradoxes [-2]
Programmed duty to the Laws of Time [-2]
Possibly Vortex Walking [Teleport/ 8 pt Vortex power]
Possibly perfect timing [almost never late]
Possibly Precognition
Possibly Deep Time Memory [can remember original history even when its been altered]
